Terms of service

These terms govern your use of boltix.ceyMXcom and any purchase from Boltix (Pvt) Ltd ("Boltix", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm the order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of anything paid — if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, we cannot deliver to the address, or we suspect fraudulent use.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm. We try hard to keep prices accurate, but if a genuine pricing error occurs we will contact you to confirm or cancel rather than silently charging the higher amount.

3. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfer, goods are dispatched once cleared funds are received. For Cash on Delivery, full payment is due to the courier at the point of delivery. Ownership of goods passes to you when payment is received in full; risk passes on delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — courier networks, weather and public holidays affect them. We will keep you informed of any material delay. Please give an address where someone can receive the parcel; repeated failed delivery attempts caused by an incorrect address may incur a re-delivery charge.

5. Returns and warranty

Our returns policy and warranty policy form part of these terms. Nothing in them limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Sri Lankan law.

6. Product information

We test what we sell and describe it as accurately as we can. Product illustrations on the site are representations — colours and finishes may differ slightly from the physical product. Manufacturers sometimes revise components without notice; where we discover this we update the listing.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of staff, or repeated fraudulent chargeback or refusal patterns.

8. Reviews and content

Reviews you submit may be published on the site. Post honestly and keep it civil — we remove content that is abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or clearly not from a real customer. You grant us a licence to display what you submit; you keep ownership of it.

9. Coupons and promotions

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained through abuse of the system will be voided.

10. Intellectual property

The Boltix name, logo, site design, product photography and copy belong to us. Brand names and trademarks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only.

11. Liability

We are liable for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost data, lost tournaments. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, so what applied to your purchase never changes retroactively.
